Corrections, Retractions, and Expressions of Concern

JWL: Jurnal Widya Laksmi is committed to preserving the integrity of the scholarly record through corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern when warranted.

Corrections may be issued when errors are identified that do not invalidate the overall reliability of the research findings.

Retractions may be issued when reliable evidence demonstrates that published findings are unreliable because of serious errors, fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, redundant publication, or other violations warranting retraction.

Expressions of concern may be issued when serious questions regarding an article's integrity remain unresolved or investigations have not reached a sufficiently reliable conclusion.

All post-publication actions must be accompanied by transparent notices, clear explanations, and appropriate links to the original article, consistent with COPE guidance.
